The craft of butchery has become a true calling in our family. With passion, expertise, and a constant drive to achieve the best — for our customers, the animals, and the environment — we, the Pabst family (Julia, Lina & I), proudly continue the tradition into the third generation, moving forward with the knowledge and experience of our ancestors.
With pride, we are building this revolution step by step, positioning ourselves as a young, innovative, and above all, strong family business.
Production is led by our father, Franz, who not only brings decades of experience as a master butcher but also embodies realism, reason, and foresight.
Julia manages the entire administrative division of GenussPabst GmbH, while Patrick oversees sales — driven by the vision to make the best cut from the region accessible to as many people as possible.
Our strong family bond allows our daughter Lina to grow up in a loving environment — surrounded by a family with their hearts in the right place and a growing company shaped by dedicated employees. From an early age, she is already learning about the essential pillars that define GenussPabst.
